There was a small surprise when twentieth rankedMS Academy (5-15) crushed 17th ranked Sokol Prazsky (7-14) in Ostrava 113-87 on Sunday. MS Academy forced 19 Sokol Prazsky turnovers and outrebounded them 46-31 including a 32-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. MS Academy shot the lights out from three sinking 22 long-distance shots on high 52.4 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Sokol Prazsky 's players. Guard Jakub Zvolanek (192-2005) nailed 28 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and point guard Pavel Czudek (161-2006) accounted for 29 points. Guard Jan Sop (185-1996) came up with 19 points and 4 assists (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) and guard Matous Jurman (186-2003) added 18 points respectively for Sokol Prazsky in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. MS Academy moved-up to nineteenth place. Loser Sokol Prazsky keeps the seventeenth position with 14 games lost.
